T-our Experience is a Benefit Corporation created to enhance territories, people and communities through projects that integrate experiential tourism, digital innovation and sustainable training.
We deal with cultural design, training, communication and integrated promotion of the territory, through experiences, digital formats and educational paths that focus on people, memory, landscape and local productions.
The company name "T-our Experience" highlights two interrelated aspects: the travel experience, the visit and, more generally, the enjoyment of itineraries and cultural offerings; and our experience, which is made available to customers and shared with anyone who decides to get in touch with the Company.
The Benefit Corporation is a legal form introduced in Italy with law no. 208/2015, which allows companies to integrate in their statute, in addition to the profit purpose, one or more objectives of common benefit of a social and/or environmental nature.

Graduate in Cultural Heritage Conservation, holds a Master in Sustainable Development and Climate Change and a PhD in Urban Studies. Expert in cultural and territorial planning.
Within T-our Experience, Angela manages the organization and management of the entire technological sector, promoting the use of advanced technologies for private companies, in synergy with public entities. She also offers consultancy for drafting national and European projects.
With a Degree in Business Administration and a PhD in Economics and Administration of Cooperative Enterprises and Nonprofit Organizations, she has extensive academic and research experience. She is an Impact Assessor and Chief Value Officer (CVO-CSRD) certified by CEPAS Bureau Veritas. Currently RTT Researcher at Link Campus University in Rome.
In T-our Experience, Nadia coordinates the economic-strategic, financial and impact area, developing tools for evaluating and monitoring the economic and social results of the company. She is the creator, curator and holder of the intellectual property rights of 'La Pinuccia'.
Our strategies and management choices are always based on the principles of Responsibility and Respect (R-R).
Therefore, we have placed at the base of our Company not only the double R, but also the triple E (E-E-E), which represents its operational declination.

We identify with the bee, a tireless and hardworking insect that, in addition to being an emblem of the intangible culture of a territory (through beekeeping traditions and products derived from beekeeping), carries with it a series of individual and community values that are reflected in ours. Inside the hive, bees operate according to clear social and environmental rules:
Bees collaborate with each other creating a real work team. So we promote crowdsourcing and citizen science initiatives.
The hive is managed with extreme care so that it always remains clean and healthy. So we promote the bio-psycho-social well-being of people.
Worker bees transmit information through the 'waggle dance'. So we spread knowledge for impactful training.
The three axes on which bee society is based (involvement, health and well-being, training) are also the three principles of common benefit with which our Benefit Company operates, in which the benefits produced are placed on the same level as profit.
